1. Introduction

Welcome to KuchiKomi AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our review management platform and services. By accessing or using KuchiKomi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

KuchiKomi AI is operated by KuchiKomi AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). Our service helps businesses manage and respond to Google reviews using AI-powered response generation.

2. Account Registration

To use KuchiKomi AI, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

3. Service Description

KuchiKomi AI provides the following services:

• Integration with Google Business Profile for review monitoring
• AI-powered response generation using Claude AI
• Review management and approval workflows
• Analytics and reporting on review performance
• Multi-location business support

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KuchiKomi AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting fake or misleading reviews or responses
• Violating Google's terms of service or policies
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Using the service to harass or harm others
• Reverse engineering or copying our technology
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Payment Terms

KuchiKomi AI operates on a subscription basis:

• Monthly subscription fee of 2,980 JPY
• 14-day free trial for new users
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• No refunds for partial months of service

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

KuchiKomi AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KuchiKomi AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business content and review responses. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Third-Party Services

KuchiKomi AI integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Business Profile API
• Anthropic Claude AI
• Stripe payment processing

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KuchiKomi AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated responses will be perfect or appropriate for all situations
• Integration with Google services will always be available
• The service will meet all your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KuchiKomi AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of KuchiKomi AI after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
