Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple. Click the "Get Started" button, enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can immediately start connecting your Google Business Profile and managing reviews.

How do I connect my Google Business Profile?

After logging in, go to Settings and click "Connect Google Account". You'll be redirected to Google's secure login page where you can authorize KuchiKomi AI to access your business reviews. We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and never store your Google password.

Can I add multiple business locations?

Yes! KuchiKomi AI supports multiple business locations. Once you connect your Google Business Profile, all your verified locations will be automatically imported. You can manage reviews for all locations from a single dashboard, with up to 3 locations included in the Basic plan.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes less than 5 minutes. Create your account, connect your Google Business Profile, and you're ready to go. Your existing reviews will be synced automatically, and new reviews will be imported every 15 minutes.

How does the AI generate responses?

KuchiKomi AI uses Claude, an advanced AI model by Anthropic, to generate natural, professional responses. The AI analyzes the review content, considers your business context (name, type, and signature phrases), and creates personalized responses that maintain proper Japanese keigo and match your preferred tone.

Can I edit AI-generated responses before posting?

Absolutely! All responses go through an approval workflow before being posted. You can review, edit, or completely rewrite any AI-generated response. You have full control over what gets published to your Google Business Profile.

Can I customize the tone of responses?

Yes, you can choose between formal, casual, or mixed tone settings for your AI responses. Formal tone uses proper keigo throughout, casual tone is more friendly and approachable, and mixed adapts based on the review content. You can also create custom response templates for common scenarios.

What about negative reviews?

KuchiKomi AI is especially helpful for negative reviews, which can be challenging to respond to. The AI generates thoughtful, professional responses that acknowledge customer concerns while maintaining your business's reputation. Negative reviews are automatically flagged for your attention in the approval queue.

Is there a limit to the number of responses?

No! Your subscription includes unlimited AI-generated responses. Whether you receive 10 or 1,000 reviews per month, you can generate responses for all of them without any additional charges.

Google Integration

How often are reviews synced from Google?

Reviews are automatically synced every 15 minutes. You can also manually trigger a sync from your dashboard at any time to get the latest reviews immediately. This ensures you never miss a new review and can respond promptly.

What permissions does KuchiKomi AI need?

KuchiKomi AI requires permission to read your business reviews and post responses on your behalf. We use Google's official API and OAuth 2.0 authentication. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service and never access any other data.

Can I disconnect my Google account?

Yes, you can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Settings page. When disconnected, KuchiKomi AI will no longer be able to sync new reviews or post responses. Your historical data will remain in your account for reference.

What if I have issues connecting my Google account?

If you experience connection issues, first ensure you're logged into the correct Google account that owns your business listings. Make sure you grant all requested permissions during the OAuth flow. If problems persist, please contact our support team for assistance.

Billing & Subscription

How much does KuchiKomi AI cost?

KuchiKomi AI Basic costs 2,980 JPY per month (tax included). This includes unlimited AI-generated responses, Google Business Profile integration, real-time monitoring, up to 3 locations, and email support. We also offer a 14-day free trial to try all features before committing.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

After your free trial ends, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue using KuchiKomi AI. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be downgraded but your data will be preserved for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate later.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees. You won't be charged after cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. All payments are processed securely through Stripe in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Do you offer plans for more than 3 locations?

Yes! If you need support for more than 3 business locations, please contact us for enterprise pricing. We offer custom plans tailored to businesses with multiple branches, including volume discounts and dedicated support options.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

Receipts are automatically sent to your email address after each payment. You can also view and download all your invoices from the Billing page in your dashboard. Invoices include all the information needed for business expense reporting.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take security seriously. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We use OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication and never store your Google password. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers.

What data does KuchiKomi AI store?

We store your account information (email, password hash), connected business locations, reviews synced from Google, AI-generated responses, and usage analytics. We do not store your Google password or any sensitive payment information (handled by Stripe).

Can I delete my data?

Yes, you have full control over your data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact our support team or use the account deletion option in Settings. We will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on secure servers in data centers that comply with international security standards. We implement regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure your data is always safe and accessible.

Do you share my data with third parties?
